Hi Everyone,
Does anyone have a stock stereo laying around? My buttons dont work anymore. I need to replace it. I use a sirus radio to listen to music. So if you have one, send it my way.
Let me know,
Doris

Stock as in am/fm or stock as in monsoon?
With just a little bit of luck, I will be upgrading soon, and will have one.

Hi Doris,
I have a Monsoon cassette out of my '04. It has been lying around in a drawer of our armoire.
Let me know :-)

Doris,
Check with your dealer service dept and see if it will work with your car. They should be able to advise you.

A monsoon will not work :( in your ride. There is more wiring and an amplifier involved .....maybe ask Chris O. and see if possible.

The Monsoon deck will work with a Non-Monsoon setup, but not visa-versa. While you won't have all of the bells and whistles as far as adjusting trebble/mid/bass, each unit sends line level signals. The Monsoon just sends these signals to its amp then the speakers. With the Monsoon deck in a Non-Monsoon setup the signals are going to be full range.
