I had a great experience getting Bugsy from Parkway VW on Magic Mtn Pkwy in Santa Clarita.
Vito was a non-pressure kind of salesman and did some killer maneuvering at the very crowded gas station!! He had my car washed and filled the tank up with gas.
Best of all, they really worked hard to get me financing that I could afford!!
I highly recommend Parkway!!

That's good to hear! They have been very nice to me and really want our club to meet there for a GTG!

That would be great. They said the word is just starting to get out that they even exist. We should help them get some recognition if we can.

Well, I have to say I've had 2 negative experiences from Parkway.
The first was right before our Mystery cruise in November when I went in to meet the new manager to see about meeting there. I don't recall his name, but he was not a nice person and acted like I was really bothering him the 2 times I tried to meet with him. He never got back to me and had no interest in doing anything for us...
The next was today when I took K Syrah in for her 1st 10,000 mile service. They washed the outside, but that's it. I went in to ask someone if they changed the policy. That my car was dirty. A couple salesmen had no idea what I was talking about. Another employee took me out and told the service guy. It came back in 2 minutes, they had vacuumed it, but that's all. Most dealerships detail the cars when they come in for service, don't they??

I went to Garden Grove VW on Thursday, excellent service, very nice and didn't charge me for what they did on my car which was awesome!!! BUT they said they washed my car and my windows were still dirty, they MIGHT have cleaned the inside but they obviously did NOT wash my car.
Pacific VW always does a great job washing but I don't go there because their prices are ridiculous and they charge for EVERYTHING!!! I don't know how it is since they changed service managers though
