Fellow NB owners, ask and you shall receive...:happy093:
The Winter CCC is fast approaching. This is not, I repeat not The Summer CCC, The Winter CCC is The Capistrano Cleveland Cruise (Ortega HWY). Date February 6th, 2010. Which gives everyone four weeks to tell their bosses not to expect you that day, otherwise that Friday before remember to come to work looking ill. We'll start at the Capistrano Starbucks with an option to visit the San Juan Capistrano VW Dealership. Cruise Ortega Hwy through the Cleveland Hills, with great views of Lake Elsinore. End up eatting at Chillis' (you know I had to find somewhere to eat with a C at the beginning).
More details ASAP. Hope to see everyone there, weather permitting. So be sure to go to the Calendar section and RSVP.
Let The Good Times Roll,
Rachel

Hey! Ladies & Gents~ Grizz & I used to live in South Bay & depending on how you wanna go, the 405 to the 5 will get you to SJC (not sure which Starbucks- I am sure Rachel will post more info on that) or hubby says you can always do the coastal route (takes longer though) so get out the old map & take a look at which route suits you best...
if you were coming out the 91E to the 15S it takes about an hour fifteen minutes (depending on traffic) to get to Lake Elsinore, thats where we reside :)
If you wanna location about the mid point of the Cleveland National Forest area, The Lookout Restaurant is on top overlooking Lake Elsinore :)
Lemme know if I can help with any other info on the Lake Elsinore side of the event :)

We do not have a radio though.
No worries, you can borrow one of ours, it brings the cruise into a whole new level of fun. Great to have you join the cruise. See you there!

Yea Nic you will need one, it is an FRS radio but I have an extra one you can use, if youd like to buy a set before the trip they sell them at radio shack and I think target, I always bring both of mine just in case :)

An FRS radio adds so much to the carabug. I borrowed one on my first cruise, afterwards I went out and purchased a set at The Shack. See you soon.
