The Canyon Coast Cruise
(CCC) is set for August 7th meeting time at 10:30am at the Van Nuys Volkswagen dealership.

We'll depart at 11:00 and cruise through Mulholland Canyon. Cruise on the famous snake, while having our New Beetles photo taken from RockStorePhotos.com. Make a stop at Malibu Winery, for some wine.

Continue onto Mulholland Canyon to cruise to the Pacific Coast and grab a delicious bite at Neptune's Net in Malibu.

Take some snap shots of the beautiful Malibu scenery.

Cruise back over the Malibu hills through Malibu Canyon (literary some parts through a tunnel). End up back on the 101 Freeway where everyone can depart for home. Hope to see everyone there!

It is important to bring a radio, not only because it's FUN to listen and talk to everyone along the route, but:
~The cruise leader can keep in contact and keep us together, upcoming turns, stops...
~SAFETY! If there is anything in the road, unsafe drivers to watch out for, etc.
~Hear about interesting sites along the route
~If you get separated from the group, we can find you easier!

Hi Steve & Rach! so sorry we will not be able to make this cruise. We were so hoping we could make it but Mike is in Colorado and I have to take care of some family business. I sure am going to miss GP & Gina. Oh yea, by the way, I'm really enjoying my new Jetta these days, nice car!!!! I do miss Milliebug but we still have Nerbie when I need to be Beetle-ized. Since Mike has actually seen the new style Beetle called "The Beetle" there are a lot of changes but I think most of us will like it a lot. Have a great time out there everyone! Mike & Dar

GP you know how much Grizz & I will miss your smilin' face @ these gtg's, you've always brought many a grins to our faces throughout all our times together, thank you!!! perhaps one of these days we can gtg for a jam & some good times... keep in touch w/us. :)
