Hi all,
For anyone attending the Northern Cal and Southern Cal joint event to Hearst Castle on February 12th, if you are staying over on that Saturday night, I would like to offer to lead a mini tour of my neck of the woods, the Central Coast.
Some ideas:
Visit the elephant seal viewing area.
Go on a hike.
Visit some wineries.
Visit the Monarch butterfly grove.
I'm a new member and am looking forward to meeting y'all!

Don't forget us! I put Steven and I down for a good possibility. It actually looks a little more like a go. So far there has been no baseball game scheduled for that day.

If you folks from So Cal are coming through San Luis Obispo in a group, I hope I can fall in with you for the rest of the trip north. I could post my phone number and we could connect. Hopefully you will be coming up the 101 to the 1, and not the 5 to the 46. The 5 is icky!

We could definitely do that :) but the 101 is pretty icky around Hollywood as well (we will be south of Los Angeles heading up there) I have booked a room at the Quality Inn in San Simeon for the 12th so I will need to check in there, I don't think check-in is until 3 anyhow but we will see...PM me your number and I will shoot you a text so you have mine :)

The meeting place for members from the Central Coast is the Madonna Inn at 100 Madonna Road in San Luis Obispo. I've been setting this up with mygreenbug, aka Casey.

Casey, we'll met at your pad but of course Steven and I will be late so then we'll call and then you know there will be another place we met up. Anyway we'll still have an awesome freaking good time! Hee hee!
