The New Beetle Group of Palm Springs/Moreno Valley has scheduled and arranged a New Beetle Roundup for June 16, 2012 (Saturday), in the Inland Empire.

Plan:
  • Rendezvous at Riverside Volkswagen, 3380 Indiana Avenue, just off the 91 frwy and Adams off ramp at 10:30 am. Coffee and donuts will be served.
  • Caravan around Lake Matthews, drive to March Reserve Air Base Museum.
  • Have lunch aboard a Lockheed C-141 "Starlifter" Cargo plane (on ground). Each one attending will have a pass to visit the exhibits on the grounds as well as inside the museum buildings. The fee for a lunch (pizzas and soft drinks) is $5.00. There will be no charge for our group to enter the museum.

So as to know how much lunch we need to prepare, please let us know who is planning to attend. Contact Nick or Rossi Rodillas at 951-485-1776.

Plan on bringing your cameras as the museum is packed with history and memorabilia. Hope to hear from you soon.

I could sell these if anyone is interested. Can even turn your own simple design into an embroidery pattern - making it 100% unique.

But I have a few additional questions.

First, type of vinyl - will merino vinyl withstand a car, particularly heat (I live in soCal)

I haven't seen anyone cover the whole dash, including the airbag. I have a gecko green metallic/tan convert and I would like to reduce the amount of black inside and make most of it tan, to match the rest of the interior. I am wondering if you cut out a piece of vinyl to fit over just the airbag, if it will still deploy okay. Obviously, it will be separate from the piece around the air bag.

Good/bad news:

I will be moving back to Redondo Beach on May 15th, I couldn't find a job out there and therefore couldn't provide for myself and also couldn't be supported anymore, plus my bf broke up with me.....

So....

Here I come!!!! I am going to also change careers, instead of nursing I will be going to school for special education teaching. It just seemed that every time I would get somewhere with the nursing program I would get setback somehow so I am taking that as a sign and going with my other career choice that I wanted to get into.
